1. Geltungsbereich / Scope of Application
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle nicht-medizinischen Beratungsleistungen, die Sandra Mewis Adamini als „International Genetic Health Strategist“ weltweit über digitale Kommunikationskanäle (insbesondere WhatsApp und E-Mail) anbietet.
Mit Buchung einer Leistung erkennen Sie diese AGB verbindlich an.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all non-medical consulting services offered by Sandra Mewis Adamini as an "International Genetic Health Strategist" worldwide via digital channels (mainly WhatsApp and email).
By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Art der Leistungen / Nature of Services
Die angebotenen Leistungen dienen der Orientierung im Bereich ganzheitlicher Gesundheit auf Basis genetischer Informationen. Es handelt sich ausdrücklich nicht um medizinische Heilbehandlungen, Diagnosen oder therapeutische Leistungen im Sinne heilberuflicher Tätigkeiten.
Die Beratung versteht sich als ergänzender Ansatz zur Selbstreflexion und Prävention. Es werden weder Diagnosen gestellt noch individuelle Therapien verordnet.
The services offered provide holistic health orientation based on genetic information. They are explicitly not medical treatments, diagnoses, or therapeutic acts under any healthcare profession.
The consultations are intended as a complementary approach to personal insight and prevention. No diagnoses are made, and no individual therapies are prescribed.
3. Vertragsschluss / Conclusion of Contract
Ein Vertrag kommt durch schriftliche Buchung per WhatsApp, E-Mail oder Buchungssystem zustande.
Der gesamte Austausch erfolgt ausschließlich online – ein physischer Standort existiert nicht.
A contract is concluded through written booking via WhatsApp, email, or a booking system.
All communication is exclusively digital – there is no physical office location.
4. Preise und Zahlung / Prices and Payment
Alle Preise sind vor Vertragsabschluss klar ersichtlich. Die Zahlung erfolgt im Voraus per vereinbarter digitaler Zahlungsmethode. Die Währung wird im Angebot definiert.

All prices are clearly communicated prior to the contract. Payment is made in advance via the agreed digital method. The applicable currency is defined in the offer.
5. Rücktritt, Stornierung und Widerruf / Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
Da es sich bei den angebotenen Leistungen um individuell zugeschnittene, personalisierte Analysen und Beratungen handelt, besteht kein Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
Mit Bestätigung des Angebots und Durchführung der Zahlung erlischt das Widerrufsrecht vollständig.
Stornierungen oder Terminverschiebungen sind aus Kulanz bis 48 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin möglich, sofern noch keine Bearbeitung begonnen hat. Danach ist der volle Betrag fällig.
As the services offered consist of personalized, custom-made evaluations and consultations, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
By confirming the offer and initiating payment, the right of withdrawal is fully waived.
Cancellations or rescheduling are possible as a courtesy up to 48 hours before the scheduled session, provided no processing has begun. After that, the full fee is due.
6. Haftung / Disclaimer of Liability
Die angebotenen Leistungen erfolgen ausschließlich zu Informations- und Orientierungszwecken im Rahmen einer präventiv ausgerichteten Gesundheitsstrategie.
Es werden keine Diagnosen gestellt, keine medizinischen Therapien empfohlen und kein Heilversprechen abgegeben. Die Inhalte ersetzen in keiner Weise die Beratung oder Behandlung durch Ärztinnen, Ärzte, Therapeut:innen oder Heilpraktiker:innen.
Die Inanspruchnahme aller Empfehlungen, Hinweise und Interpretationen erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Sandra Mewis Adamini übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, die durch die Anwendung, Fehlanwendung oder das Missverständnis der bereitgestellten Informationen entstehen – insbesondere nicht für gesundheitliche, finanzielle oder psychische Folgen.
Ein Ersatz von Schäden, Nebenwirkungen oder gesundheitlichen Entwicklungen durch empfohlene Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Ernährungsumstellungen oder Lebensstiländerungen ist ausgeschlossen.
Ebenso ausgeschlossen ist jede Haftung für Datenverluste, Kommunikationsprobleme bei digitalen Diensten (z. B. WhatsApp), oder für Maßnahmen Dritter (z. B. Labore, Apotheken, Plattformen), auf deren Leistungen kein Einfluss besteht.
Mit der Buchung erkennen Sie ausdrücklich an, dass sämtliche Leistungen auf freiwilliger Basis erfolgen und Sie für deren Umsetzung allein verantwortlich sind.

All use of recommendations, guidance, or interpretations is entirely at your own risk. Sandra Mewis Adamini accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the application, misapplication, or misunderstanding of the provided information – particularly not for any health, financial, or psychological consequences.
Liability is excluded for any effects of recommended supplements, nutritional changes, or lifestyle modifications.
Likewise, no liability is accepted for data loss, communication issues via digital platforms (e.g. WhatsApp), or the actions of third-party providers (e.g. laboratories, pharmacies, online platforms), over which we have no control.
By booking a service, you explicitly acknowledge that all actions taken are voluntary and that you are solely responsible for their implementation.

8. Recht und Gerichtsstand / Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Es gilt das Recht des Landes, in dem Sandra Mewis Adamini zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung ansässig ist. Aktuell ist dies Spanien.
Gerichtsstand ist – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – Palma de Mallorca, Spanien.

The place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
9. Schlussbestimmungen / Final Provisions
Sollte eine Klausel dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
