1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all non-medical consulting services offered by Sandra Mewis Adamini as an "International Genetic Health Strategist" worldwide via digital channels (mainly WhatsApp and email).
By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
The services offered provide holistic health orientation based on genetic information. They are explicitly not medical treatments, diagnoses, or therapeutic acts under any healthcare profession.
The consultations are intended as a complementary approach to personal insight and prevention. No diagnoses are made, and no individual therapies are prescribed.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded through written booking via WhatsApp, email, or a booking system.
All communication is exclusively digital – there is no physical office location.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are clearly communicated prior to the contract. Payment is made in advance via the agreed digital method. The applicable currency is defined in the offer.
5. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
As the services offered consist of personalized, custom-made evaluations and consultations, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
By confirming the offer and initiating payment, the right of withdrawal is fully waived.
Cancellations or rescheduling are possible as a courtesy up to 48 hours before the scheduled session, provided no processing has begun. After that, the full fee is due.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
The services offered are for informational and orientation purposes only as part of a preventive health strategy.
No diagnoses are made, no medical therapies are recommended, and no promises of healing are given. The content is not a substitute for consultation or treatment by physicians, therapists, or licensed health practitioners.
All use of recommendations, guidance, or interpretations is entirely at your own risk. Sandra Mewis Adamini accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the application, misapplication, or misunderstanding of the provided information – particularly not for any health, financial, or psychological consequences.
Liability is excluded for any effects of recommended supplements, nutritional changes, or lifestyle modifications.
Likewise, no liability is accepted for data loss, communication issues via digital platforms (e.g. WhatsApp), or the actions of third-party providers (e.g. laboratories, pharmacies, online platforms), over which we have no control.
By booking a service, you explicitly acknowledge that all actions taken are voluntary and that you are solely responsible for their implementation.
7. Data Protection
Your personal data is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with the GDPR. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law applicable is that of the country where Sandra Mewis Adamini resides at the time of booking. Currently, this is Spain.
The place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
9. Final Provisions
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
